How to

Can you reuse eye patches?

Not ours. Reusable is a product design, not something you create by adding water.

A pair of blue gel masks beside opened pep patch packaging

pep patch is intended for one use per pair. Once the masks have been worn, discard them. Do not return them to the sachet, save them in a jar or soak them in serum for tomorrow. The fact that a used patch still looks blue or feels damp does not change its instructions.

Adding water does not reset a formula

A cosmetic formula is more than the liquid you can see. Adding tap water or a different serum changes what is on the patch; it does not restore the original formulation or establish that it is suitable for storage and another wear. Our single-use instruction still applies, regardless of what you add to the mask afterwards.

A reusable mask is a different product

Some masks are sold as reusable and are designed to be used with a separate skincare product. Those should come with their own cleaning, drying, storage and replacement instructions. Follow those directions rather than borrowing the care routine for a single-use gel mask. Neither format is automatically better: one is a pre-soaked cosmetic; the other requires the compatible formula and maintenance described by its manufacturer.

  • Single-use gel patch: wear once, then discard according to local waste guidance.
  • Reusable mask: reuse only if the manufacturer says it is designed for that purpose.
  • Shared patch: do not share a used cosmetic mask with another person.
  • Damaged sachet: do not rely on appearance alone to decide the contents are usable.

If waste is the reason you want to reuse

That is a reasonable concern, but extending a product beyond its intended use is not our answer. You can use patches only on the occasions you value them or choose a format deliberately made for reuse. We do not claim that our sachets are recyclable or that reusing a gel patch makes it sustainable. Those are separate questions that need material-specific evidence.

frequently asked

Can I refrigerate a used pair for tomorrow?
No. Refrigerating a used mask does not make it reusable. pep patch pairs are single-use.
Can I put my own serum onto a used gel patch?
No. That changes the formula and does not restore the patch for another use.
