Complimentary U.S. shipping on orders over $50. Orders ship within 1–2 business days via a trusted carrier. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

International shipping rates and timelines are calculated at checkout.

Returns

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact support@peppatch.com with your order number.

For hygiene reasons, opened sachets are not eligible for return unless defective. If your product arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost.
