How to

How often should you use eye patches?

There's no clinical schedule. There's just what your mornings, your skin and your box of patches can support.

Daily use is fine

A gentle, fragrance-free gel patch is a hydrating, occlusive step — closer to a fifteen-minute sheet of moisturiser than to an active treatment. There's no acid, no retinoid, nothing that builds up a tolerance cost. If you enjoy it every morning, use it every morning.

That said, daily use is a preference, not a requirement. Nothing about the product accumulates in a way that punishes you for skipping Tuesday.

Event-driven use

The most common pattern we hear is simpler: patches for mornings that matter. Short sleep, a salty dinner, a long flight, an early meeting, a wedding — the visible, temporary kind of puffiness is exactly what a cool, occlusive patch handles best. If that's you, a box lasts a long time.

A cadence that matches the box

  • Trial box: treat it as calibration — use pairs on your worst mornings and see what the product does for you.
  • A routine box: two or three pairs a week covers the mornings that need help without thinking about it.
  • The big bundle: this is the daily-user math, or two people sharing a shelf.

Can you overdo it?

Practically, no — but the failure mode isn't damage, it's diminishing returns. The visible benefit of a patch is strongest on mornings with something to fix. On a morning where you're already rested and hydrated, you're mostly spending fifteen minutes and a pair of patches to confirm that you look fine.

frequently asked

Can I use eye patches every day?
Yes. A fragrance-free gel patch is a gentle hydrating step, not an active treatment — daily use is fine.
Is twice a week enough?
Enough for what it does. Use it on the mornings that need it and the cadence takes care of itself.
Should I wear them longer instead of more often?
No. Fifteen minutes per session is the right dose; after that the patch starts to dry and the benefit reverses.
